UNBELIEVABLY great prices...you will not beat these prices! We bought a Lexus LX470 and saved $18,000 as compared to the same model and year LX at the dealership, plus the one we bought from A+ Quality Auto was loaded with more (DVD system) and had 10,000 fewer miles! Mike was awesome...he was extremely professional! We will always check with A+ Quality Auto FIRST before buying our next car.....we couldn't be happier!

I wanted to share my good experience with this dealer as I think good customer service should be rewarded with referrals and more business. My wife and I went after finding a couple of models we were interested in listed on http://www.AutoTrader.com. We arrived with our printed list and the owner Mike was very helpful and proceeded to show us all the vehicles we were interested in plus a few others. The lot has a great selection of cars we were considering which was convenient. There was no sales pressure and everyone was very courteous and helpful but most importantly let us take our time to look around and "play" with the various models until we formed our own opinions of them.

We picked two cars we wanted to test drive which were unfortunately blocked by a bunch of other cars on the small lot. They were accommodating and moved around cars to get to the ones we wanted and let us drive each around for a bit. Again, no sales pressure or tagging along on our ride so we could get a feel for each one. After all that it got late in the evening and we went home to think about it and compare prices, etc. After looking around a bit more over the weekend and comparing prices we decided on one of the cars we drove there and came back for it the following week. The purchase process was smooth and Corrie even worked with me over e-mail, sending me a Carfax report for the car before we came in to sign the papers.

Overall a 5 star experience and what shopping for a car should be like. I usually prefer to buy from private sellers or individuals with dealer licenses and no lot to avoid the stereotypical dealer sales process but this place knows how to treat web and car savvy customers so I would definitely buy from them again and recommend to others.
